If you manage to keep yours, work hard so you’re not a candidate. But if the inevitable happens learn and get going again so you don’t have time to mope around about the whole thing and get back fast on track to a fruitful career.

There is a certain art to establishing a good career you can live with and that is looking at the big picture. Many start-ups invest in people who are experienced and inexperienced at the same time for they both have the potential to give the company something. Experienced people have years of insight on the job and tasks ahead while the newbie’s may have a better way of approaching the business that may be with their knowledge of technology.
